I have a report that is grouping on customer ID and whenever the Customer ID changes, I want it to start
on a new page. I have it working by setting "Force New Page: After Section" in the group footer, but
this causes one extra page to be ejected at the end. I am printing onto preprinted invoices and I have
data placed in the page footer, which prints on this extra page.

How can I get this to work without the extra page printing
