Only if the replenish their depth and teams like NJ, Colorado and St Louis lose at least 1 quality free agent [hopefully to Dallas]. We are hearing rumours that this is being planned very agressively by Stars management. Our new arena opens this summer so they want to go into it with high expectations. The new arena has all the luxury suites and amenities that our old arena did not have, so the revenues will almost double the day they set foot in the new arena. That alone should scare the hell out of other NHL teams because the owner, Tom Hicks, will pay for top quality players. This is the same owner of our baseball team that just paid $252 million for A-Rod this past off-season.
