Like Jon and Jorge say, you most likely loaded the form before the screen was in the "Normal" position. One thing you could do (other than maximizing the screen before the DO FORM) is set the Desktop property to .t. (or is it .f., its opposite of teh default anyway) and that will put your form in the exact middle of the Windows Desktop, as opposed to the VFP Screen.
