I had 5 and 6 on the same machine for a while, the only problems I had had to do with file associations, I believe the last one installed associates VFP files to itself. Not to mention that sometimes I ended up sending an exe compiled in 6 to a client that had 5 runtime libs, but if your careful you should have no problems AFAIK.
