well, the HP Vectra with NT Workstations sucks, because these machines are designed for 98 and 2000,NT Workstation are more stable plataform (all my workstations are workstations :-) ), but they are more hardware exigent,

The operating system is more exacting in hardware (does not accept any component), a compatible list of hardware exists (HAL list),I dont believe what the problem is fox, with fox 2.6 occurs has to call to the NTVDM, to the WOW and later Fox, tries to change the aplicacion have its own space by memory separated.
