Hi Thomas,

As far as I understand your web app prepares the data showed by the combos dinamically via an ASP page. If this is the case try catching a page with blank selections and select the "View source code" option on the popup menu that will show up when you right-click the mouse over the page content. This way you will see if the browser is getting the complete data into the combo and discard whether it is a server or client side problem.

This is a major application with over 50 forms and has an intermittent problem with combo boxes (Select – Option) loosing data (there is no value displayed).

Since the application is data driven, when the problem occurs, saving a record will save a blank entry from the corresponding combo box. This makes the record unavailable as the SQL Select statement is looking for specific information and not blanks.
