It targets the Xserver, not a particular desktop. It will run under KDE, GNOME, FMWM, FMWM95, ICE, etc... any old Xserver client, because it talks to the Xserver directly.

As far as 'cross platform' -- supposedly, Delphi code can import into Kylix with very few modifications, and if correctly written, no modifications. That's the marketing hype. But, PR folks don't write the code.

The Enterprise version is out now, at $2,000 a pop. A $99 Desktop version is supposed to be out later this summer. It won't have the Oracle, SQL, DB2 or other back end drivers, from what I've read.
