I was looking at FRX2Word for the first time (yeah, I confess) and found a bug. Maybe it's old hat to you and it is already corrected in a newer version than the one I \have but JIC:

I used customer.dbf and ListCust.Frx that come with the Tastrade samples.

frx2word.reportform line 271,
use &F2W_cUseCommand fails with "unrecognized command" when I use the following as a report:
HOME()+[samples\tastrade\reports\listcust]

which makes the contents of

F2W_cUseCommand = ;
[C:\VS70\VFP7\samples\tastrade\reports\customer listing ALIAS customer_listing]

This fails because of the space in the report's name, so it should have embedded quotes added.
