Jim, sorry no real mention of any of those items.

I wanted to make one more point, too, that others picked up on elsewhere about the report writer (or at least the lack of mention of the report writer).

The MS powers-that-be here at DevCon were asked that and they
skillfully dodged that question about the report writer. However,
they have been saying all along (if anybody listens and believes
what they have been saying) that there will be a common report
writer that will be available to all (or most) tools in Visual
Studio. Since VFP6 is coming out in conjunction with the next
release of Visual Studio, look for this new common (I hope not
too common) report writer to be available to VFP6.

I have heard nothing about the menu system, but I hope like you
that it is improved so everyone doesn't have to provide their
own work-arounds to make menus be object-oriented.
