If not, go with someone like Earthlink (I use them for backup) who can give you immediate access, and start sending out messages about your new email name.

My father began using Earthlink (through another company that leased service from them) and immediately began receiving spam. My friend who is a network administrator also uses Earthlink. He said that they have a security flaw that allows spammers to steal user addresses. And now they are running TV commercials claiming that they protect your privacy.

I subscribed to Netcom, which was bought by Mindspring, which was bought by Earthlink. I'm not getting any spam. My friend figures that the old Netcom mail server is more secure and still in service.
