Well, I just tried what you indicated you did. There may be another setting somewhere which will correct this, another (better) workaround or maybe it's just a bug ( or "feature" ). :-) If so, maybe someone having more experience/info on this issue will jump in.

Setting the Height in the Load/Init may work ok programmatically, but it will still make designing in the IDE a bit of a pain since you'll have to resize every time you open the form.
