Hi Cetin,

This is interesting and even though there are no scroll bars involved here, must be a bug or some such since the help clearly indicates otherwise:

From MSDN VFP Help Chapter 8: Managing Data Through Forms

To set the maximum form design area

From the Tools menu, choose Options.

In the Forms tab, select a value for Maximum Design Area.
Tip If you select None, the Form Designer will not impose a limit on the size of form you can design.

Unless, of course, there is further information regarding this issue in another part of the Help. :-)
