But I still have a big problem. I am the development manager in a Tribunal. We work with thousand of process (word documents). Each person that instruct the process create a document in diferent places. A lot of them are stored in more than one place. So we spend to much space.

I want to control where these documents are stored. So the users can't have access to the 'save' and 'save as' on the word menu. That's the reason i need to use in-place activation. All the operation will be controled by clicking command buttons, like , and on the form. Besides this, the user will not know the adress of the document. He will type the process id, and the system will control the rest.

If you have some tips about in-place activation, i would apreciate.
