Sounds like you have your 2nd bizobj requerying in the PostSaveHook of your first bizobj. Since this is still within a transaction, you get your error.
If you need to requery the 2nd bizobj, you will probably have to drop it on the form, so it will instantiate and requery before saving the first bizobj.
