How about using dbsetprop() and dbgetprop()? You can store your captions at field level in the dbc and then you are not hard coding the values. Then in your bizobj, you can retreive the label using the field name.

>I was thinking of how to get it while in the BizRule class. In field level I could pass This.Parent.Label.Caption as a parameter to the validation method. But when the BizObj fires the BizRules.CheckRules method I do not see a way to get the Label.Caption for the controls without hard coding.
