When did the Ukraine get a navy? Did you guys take over the Black Sea fleet?
I ran into a bunch of Black Sea sailors in Istanbul one year in the '70s. We had a very good time - I think - what I can remember of it, anyway. I also learned a few words of Ukraine, but I don't think I can say them in polite company.
