>Thanks for reply mate, but im still in trouble. Ihave tried all new EPSON printers (480,580,680 etc.) with same locking problem while EPSON 66,760,870 do not (older printer) same goes for older HPs not a problem. Is it something to do with WIN89 - new genre of prinetrs and VP6.

Just to make sure... what Visual Studio service pack do you have installed? It should be at least 3; 5 is the latest.
