This is interesting, I will keep a eye on the size of my own Foxuser.

Could SET RESOURCE be being set programatically ?
It may be worth trying SYS(2001,'RESOURCE') in the debug window when running some of the systems - to break if the setting changes.
This is 'clutching at straws' if you know what I mean, as I do not see any reason for this SET to change.
