I never intended for my statement to be a ringing endorsment for WWC above anything else. It's just the only VFP web product I've seen in the flesh, and it was consequentially the first one that popped into my head when I typed that.

The point is, you either buy an off-the-shelf solution, or you take the time to figure out how FoxISAPI works and roll your own.
