Is this project or any of the files in the project stored on a shared drive? If the project or one of the files happens to be locked or opened exclusively, this message appears. It could also appear if you have the file open on your machine in another window or session.

Is this a corrupted project file and do I need to delete all the project files and create a new project. Or is there something else I can do. I tried to cleanup project but that doesn't seem to help.
