Hard to tell without knowing more about your tables, and the Updategram being submitted. Are you using an UpdateGram created by may class?

There used to be a document that was easy to find on the MS XML site, but I can't find it now. Either they've obscured its position, or they removed it. I would send you my copy, but I can't find it either. If you have specific questions, you might try the microsoft.public.sqlserver.xml newsgroup. There's an MS guy or two there that does pretty well at answering questions.

Yeah, I hadn't caught the VFP 7 parameter stuff, because I've been using the class solely with VFP7. Thanks for the heads up.
