Then most likely either one of the project files OR one of the source files is indeed corrupt. I'd most likely move (NOT delete) the current project files to another location, then create a new project and try to build it with the "Compile all files" option selected. If I got the same message, then I'd start checking my source files one by one with COMPILE < whatever > until I found the one with the problem.
