Hey, don't misunderstand.. I happen to be of the opinion that highly creative people are, well, ..ehrr.. ..uhmnn.. free spirited and ..ehrrrhh.. independent thinkers..

Like today.. I had plans to do 'X', 'Y' & 'Z'.. Pshhh.. Hardly one of them but a lot of little rabbit trails. Just one of those kind of days. Sometimes manglement doesn't understand that people are not machines and you can't force creativity.
