This probably means that the column or the index expression is too many characters. Check the code for all of it's INDEX commands.

I can't find anything wrong with the form, and I really don't want to build it again from scratch, especially since it works as designed. I have tried opening the form as a table, packing it, copying it to another table and then renaming it again. Nothing works. At first I thought it was the wizard, until I tried other forms and they all documented just fine.
