Thanks for your help. I have found that adding "DO" and "IN programs/main.prg" to the function/procedure call clears up this problem:

For Example:
In the main.prg:

ON ERROR DO ErrorHandler(ERROR(),PROGRAM(),LINENO()) IN programs/main.prg


Why this is need I don't know.
