Thanks for the advice. This old dog needs to learn some new tricks. Old habits are hard to break. Thanks to you all the project is up and running.

It's creates an executable that facilitates the user downloading the executable from a web site, selecting a .txt file which is appended to a .dbf. The user then can Edit, Preview and print labels. Works fine.
