This may not be the quickest way, but you could read the Excel worksheet throught OLE automation, scan rows/cols and store them in your table.

However, if your boss wants it for this afternoon and you have never done this before, it might not be the best time to experiment :)

The excel spreadsheet has 9 columns. One is a very long text column with new lines (Alt+enter in xcel) and will have to go into a memo field. I have a empty table in the same format as the excel spreadsheet waiting, But i can not get it to work properly. seems the new lines are throwing it off. The import wizard has c0005 on me several times.
