Going back awhile, there was a product called "SMARTPD" which replaced the GENPD program for printer drivers in FPDOS. I have a real need for the documentation and anything else that came with the product for a customer who must(!!!) convert all their FPDOS reports from impact printing to Laser. Their high speed impact died and they have several Laser printers around, besides, the reports will fit in loose leaf binders now. I have the application using GENPD, but the implementation is not as "nice" as I remember SMARTPD as being.

I called the vendor at the last known phone number and someone from the successor company called me back, said he would look for some info, but still hasn't gotten back to me.

I really have to move because my customer is anxious. Anyone who has information and is willing to share it will have my thanks.

BTW, I am in the process of converting the application to VFP, so you don't have to say it.
