"Help me if you can I'm feeling down..."

I'm getting an error: "There is not enough disk space for c:\...\yfd1000s.tmp" when trying to do a query of 6 tables. There is enough hard drive space and virtual memory, but I still get this error. Does anybody have any ideas?
