In addition to what Paul said, you can also place the line

TITLE=My Fox App

in your config.fpw file. Then the program starts with the new caption. Otherwise it will start with Microsoft Visual FoxPro in a flash, and then change to your own caption (If you use _screen.caption in your main prg)
