Cindy,

Congratulations. As a MS Certification "junkie" I know it means something when you get the MCSD. For me the most important things were:

1. You need to pass the 70-100 exam, which is good for learning how to analyze a case and provide a (data) solution. For most VFP'ers this must be a walk in the park, but it is important, nevertheless.
2. Learn to think out of the box. Before I took the VFP exams and the Elective (SQL Server) I was only experiences with monolith VFP Desktop programs. Because you need to know more than 'old foxes', you learn that there are more (better?) solutions for a situation.
3. Doing the VFP exams, you show Microsoft that you are committed in supporting VFP and that it is still a valid product for your way of providing (part of your) solutions to your customers.

Too bad that Evan is the only MCSD in the CertFox < g,d&rvvf>

Regards,
Frank Camp
