Hi!

Directpry is much like a file. If it is opened by some other application, you cannot delete it - access denied because other application uses it. You said you have a terminal server. Well, if you run 2 applications this can happen.

In addition, I guess server will not allow to delete the folder if it contains files or subfolders.

HTH.

>I use ADIR() to locate files befor and after delete and then RDIR() do delete the folder. The RDIR give me a file access denied !!! I tried also to delete the files with the recycle option. Effectively the file go in the recycle bin but Win2k TS don't rcognize that VFP have deleted the files and give me the error file access denied. ???

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs

It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
