Absolutely! I FTP To/From our IBM MVS all the time. I use Rick Strahl's wwIPStuff to do asynchronous transfers. I use asynch because I can then provide progress information to the user. You can also do synchronous. Because of our security, I also have to prompt our users for their mainframe user ID and password. Then, I just pass the ID and Password to the class by setting respective properties. You can get his shareware class at http://www.west-wind.com/Webtools.asp
