Zoran, I am not sure about moving around with keyboard, but I seem to recall something using the Windows API that I read once in technet, cant help with a KB number unfortunately.
To maximise the preview screen use:
KEYBOARD '{CTRL+F10}' directly before the REPORT FORM command.
