That's fine when you do one or two tier programming. But, when you move to n-tier you are usually talking to a data object class of some type, so you don't need (can't use) the data environment of the form. Also, once you create an SCX form, you can't subclass it.

>Yes, you can get a Private Data session this way. I do it for reporting. However, you have to handle all the coding yourself. IMO, it's much easier to just drop the view onto the GUI and have everything else taken care of.
