Hi,

If you want to use a dumb terminal on a UNIX server, you could probably use a terminal emulator such as Power Term lite and run it under win 3.1 or win 98.

If you want to set your PCs as NT dumb terminals, you could probably use Terminal server to open your client's session directly on your NT server.
