Hi Bob,

I keep hearing good things about this (that?) book.
I would like to know the 'quality' of the Index and, more particularly, the .CHM file. I have yet to find one that comes close to the one with Hacker's. I am not impressed by the ones with other of the Hentzenwerkes books that I bought. They are adequate but pale in comparison to Hacker's, at least as I use these things.

Any comments?
