I think, Craig is right and this is the behavior, if SET NOTIFY is not set. I just checked the form, it's not explicitly set in its Load, therefore it probably inherits the default setting, which is OFF. That's why we don't see anything. It's confusing for the user, though I'm not sure, I want this setting.
