I just installed an external Creative Modem Blaster...followed all the instructions, including inserting the CD in the drive, etc. Time to write down the model and serial number, and the instructions tell me it's on the bottom of the unit...yep, i see the model number, but no S/N. Frustrated. look again. check their web site. oh well, can't find it. I'm removing the CD and lo and behold, there's a serial number on the CD sleve! duh.
