PJX file is a pure VFP DBF file, you can try to open it. If it opens ok, than you;re lucky - you can try to fix the problem by editing it records (do backup often! ;) If it do not open - than the DBF is corrupted so VFP cannot open project. You can try to fix DBF by utilities (you can find theme here in the files section). However, seems it is less waste of time to re-create project again if there are less than 100 files in it.
