How would I add a item to another list box? Also how would I show my temp table in a grid as they add item to the table of the items that are being selected? Hope this is not too confusing.

Have you looked at the sample files that come with VFP? They provide a good starting point to see processes that you describe above. I know I have seen examples of selecting items from a list and added them to another list.
