I am trying to implement a 3-tier solution. I created the business objects in VFP. These objects use ADO in the methods to access data either from VFP itself or MS SQL Server. I was able to use VB and VFP as front ends but am having problem using ASP as a front end.
The VFP business objects were compiled as "Multi-Threaded COM DLL".
I registered the server on the machine running IIS. At first I got the error Data Source name not found. This was rectified by making it a SYSTEM dsn as opposed to a USER DSN. Now I get the error "DRIVER.DBF" not found. I checked the rights to the directory, that was not the problem.
Am I missing something ? I am sure many others may have encountered issues like these and have resolved them. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
