Yes. Just preceed the field name with the table name, such as:

MyTable.MyField

The report writer assumes that if no table preceeds the field, that it comes from the currently selected table. So by using a specific table reference, you override where the field comes from.

FYI, you can use this anywhere, not just field names you are printing. For example, you can use this in Grouping and expressions and Print When logic and so on.
