The first issue is, do you have the license to redistribute the fonts. If you do, you can use a third party installer such as Install Shield.
For colored buttons, you're not supposed to do this. Windows GUI guidlines specifiy that the user should choose their colors. If you need to do this, you can simulate a button with a shape or create a BMP that you can use for the button picture.
