I've checked with Transcender, MeasureUp and Self Test, and none of them offer anything for VFP (surprise, surprise). I just ordered Cindy & Evan's Guide, but it would be nice to have some practice questions too.

Have you checked the wiki? Also, make sure you look at the free sample (non-VFP) questions on the MS Certification site so you can get a feel for how the questions are written.
