I too have had no luck with VFP practice tests. However, for the distributed exams, take a look at some of the VB materials. Since this test appears to focus more on architecture and less on language constructs, I found some of these materials helpful (disclaimer: I haven't taken the distributed test yet, so it remains to be seen just how helpful the materials were!)

As far as Brainbench and Brainbuzz, neither one really prepares you for the MS cert tests, since they do not ask conceptual/problem-solving questions. For what they do, Brainbench is by far the better of the two - Brainbuzz' test was poorly written and featured ambiguous answers.

I've checked with Transcender, MeasureUp and Self Test, and none of them offer anything for VFP (surprise, surprise). I just ordered Cindy & Evan's Guide, but it would be nice to have some practice questions too.
