Looking for anyone who has had any luck using control codes from within
VFP or Foxpro25b with Win2000. Prior to 2000 using a true NULL driver
from 1992 (win95/98) and a 1995 version of txtonly.dll (NT) worked fine
but the Generic Text Only driver with Win2000 does not like the start
codes when sent from the application. The need for this is due to
printing of Insurance billing forms which have up to 84 specific locators
in which it is necessary to modify lines per inch, vertical motion index,
margins, etc. etc. and the driver itself does not handle this internally.
