I downloaded it off the internet a while back and decided to play with it again.
It works on a floppy but you have to use a 10MB disk partiton to get it to work on your HD. At least the version I have behaves that way. One of my favorite old DOS dev tools, SAVVY, is limited to 10MB partitions too.
