I have looked at your code and followed through, The following are questions:

a. When processing your instruction manually, I have to use the file size from the hexedit to return the right hex number to fix the fpt. is this correct?
b. When trying to run your program the following statement does not execute WITH THIS because it is not part of form, etc . What is the value of THIS.
