Hi Glenn,

Let me tell u how to do that. Delete the default textbox in the
column . Go to the form and create a option group and make the
alignment and other things on the first, (U cannot do the
alignment once it is placed inside the grid, It is tough)
After that copy the option group. Go to the particular column in
the grid and paste it. I don't know whether u got me right. But
if u got me right then it is done, Also r'mber to make the value
property to either 'satisfactory' or 'unsatisfactory'. Try it out
if u find u can't understand anything contact me again.
